Return Policy

To request a return, please first contact our customer service email: service@kidoral.com, and include your order number in the email. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a designated return address.

Please note: Do not ship any items back without prior confirmation and authorization from customer service. Unauthorized return packages may delay your refund process.

Regarding Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to product defects, incorrect items shipped by us, or delivery errors, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for reasons not attributable to us (e.g., personal preference, incorrect size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The original shipping fee paid for the item will not be refunded upon return.

Special Rights for EU Consumers:
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, under relevant EU laws, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. To exercise this right, please contact us via email at service@kidoral.com before the 14-day period expires. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
